There is a room for rent for a student in this cosy house with a garden situated on Clonkeen Grove, Dun Laoghaire. Tenants will be sharing this house with the landlady, her son and her dog. The property is in a residential neighbourhood and there are supermarkets and shops nearby. The large kitchen provides access to the back garden and is equipped with modern amenities including a dishwasher. The dining area features a large table and the cosy living room has a fireplace, a flat-screen TV and a comfortable seating area. There is 1 bathroom to share between occupants, and tenants can reach the city centre by bus or the DART train system.

    Getting around


    The house is situated in Dun Laoghaire, which is not in Dublin's centre. Parking is included in the rent so tenants can drive to the centre. If you do not have a car, it is possible to walk to the nearest bus stop which is reachable in 7 minutes. Dublin's centre is 40 minutes away by bus. Alternatively, tenants can catch the DART train (Dublin Area Rapid Transit) to reach the centre in 10 minutes. The closest DART station is a 34 minute walk from the property and is called Salthill & Monkstown DART station.
