The house is situated in Dun Laoghaire, which is not in Dublin's centre. Parking is included in the rent so tenants can drive to the centre. If you do not have a car, it is possible to walk to the nearest bus stop which is reachable in 7 minutes. Dublin's centre is 40 minutes away by bus. Alternatively, tenants can catch the DART train (Dublin Area Rapid Transit) to reach the centre in 10 minutes. The closest DART station is a 34 minute walk from the property and is called Salthill & Monkstown DART station.
