This cozy studio flat for rent on Rathgar Road is located in the Rathgar neighborhood, Dublin. It’s a bright and practical flat with an incredible bathroom that has a shower and tub. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a 2-seat counter table. There is a double bed and a small wardrobe, and there is a shared sitting and laundry area, as well as a nice shared terrace just outside your door.
Rathgar is a neighborhood to the south of the city center. It’s a residential area, and fairly quiet, although you are located on a main street. Supermarkets are easy to find, and you’re close to St. Luke’s Hospital and Kenilworth Square. Walk north on your street, and you’ll come across shops, pubs, and cafés.
