This studio apartment for rent is located on the landlord's property in Killiney. The studio, however, is detached from the main house and has its own entrance allowing for plenty of privacy. There is a double bed, dining table, modern bathroom, and an equipped kitchen corner. There are also plenty of skylight windows to keep it sunny and fresh.
On Military Road, the studio is in an amazing location in Killiney. You are just minutes away from the beach and the DART station. The main village is also just a short walk away, where you have plenty of shops, pubs, and supermarkets.
What we liked the most
- We love how close you are to the beach.
- The studio is stylish and modern.
- The skylight windows keep it sun-filled.
- You can reach Dublin City Center easily by DART.
Things to keep in mind
- This studio is totally self-contained, but it is located in the landlady's property.
- There is a dog living on site, so this property is ideal for animal lovers!
