If you want a peaceful neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle, then Rathgar is perfect. It’s south of the city center, near Griffith College, and close to St. Luke’s Hospital. Parks and golf courses aren’t far away. There is an organic and regular supermarket 5 minutes away.
