This cozy studio flat for rent is located in the Rathgar neighborhood. It’s a practical and compact space with a double bed, table with armchairs, and cool decorative fireplace. It is an open-space flat. There is a washing machine in the full kitchen and a big window gives you lots of light.
A residential area south of Dublin center, Rathgar is a quiet neighborhood with parks, a couple of golf courses, and a few bars and cafes. There is a regular and an organic supermarket just minutes away, and you’re close to St. Luke’s Hospital and near Griffith College.
What we liked the most
- The decorative fireplace adds warmth and charm to the studio.
- The full kitchen has a washing machine.
- You get ample natural light from a large window.
