• IMPORTANT: Please note that all the apartments are gender mixed, but if you book a bed in a shared room the Landlord will ensure that you will share the room with a tenant of your same gender.

• Overnight guests permitted: no
• Possibility of domiciliation (residenza): no
• Payment method: cash; bank transfer; credit card

• Other costs:
  • Contract registration fee: 1% of total contract value + 32€ for stamps
  • Check-out cleaning fee: €150 (payable at check-out)

• Check-in/-out:
  • Check-in hours: between 9:00 and 18:00, Monday to Friday
  • Check-ins on the 1st of each month start at 15:00
  • Check-out hours: before 11:00 AM, Monday to Friday
  • Out of hours check-in (between 18:00 and 9:00, on weekends and bank holidays): €50
  • In case of a check-in on the same day of a check-out, the check-in must be done after 14.00
