This popular district of Navigli is surrounded by plenty of interesting restaurants and cute cafes. The apartment has three furnished bedrooms available for rent.

Tenants will have access to a shared bathroom, equipped with a bathtub and a beautiful kitchen with a dishwasher. Imagine waking up in the morning, realising you got up late for your university classes - that won't be a problem in this apartment as Bocconi University is just across the street! Sounds good? We think so too!

  • While two of the bedrooms feature a cosy single bed, the third bedroom can be occupied by two people - perfect for couples or friends. All bedrooms are also spacious and have plenty of storage for your belongings. Even though two of the bedrooms face the courtyard, you can enjoy a fantastic third floor view full of greenery.

IMPORTANT: in case of bookings shorter than 6 months, the monthly rent shown increases by an extra 80€ for a room/bed in a shared apartment, 100€ for a studio and 160€ for one bedroom apartments.

The landlord admin fee is calculated according to the total contract value, therefore it will vary depending on the length of your stay.

Cómo reservar

Una vez aceptada tu reserva, acuerda con el propietario los detalles del día que llegas, la recogida de llaves, etc. Spotahome sólo transferirá el pago del primer mes al propietario 48 horas después de tu llegada, a menos que nos comuniques algún problema.
Recuerda: tienes 24 horas para comprobar que todo está correcto en tu nuevo hogar
