This is a 1st-floor, 2-bedroom apartment on Carrer del Dr. Lluch in Valencia. It's bright and modern with perks like AC for when Valencia starts to get sweaty and dishwasher to make your life easier.
It is perfect for anyone who loves the beach. Which is most people, right? Being this close to the sandy shores of Platja del Cabanyal is a real bonus, especially for those summer weekends.

Si decides abandonar la propiedad antes de la fecha de finalización del contrato tendrás que notificarlo con 30 días de antelación, si tu contrato con el propietario no especifíca otra cosa.
