All four bedrooms are available for rent and come fully furnished with every amenity one would need in order to have a nice stay while in Valencia, including double beds and wardrobes to store your belongings. Bedroom 1 features access to a private balcony where one can enjoy great eighth floor views of the neighborhood. Bedroom 3 and 4 have their own private en-suite bathrooms and Bedroom 4 also has nice views of the ocean. Wi-Fi is installed in the property and is included in the rental price. Cleaning of the flat occurs once a week and is also included in the rental price. The floor area of this nice apartment is 100m2.

    El propietario tiene 24 horas para responder a tu petición de reserva. Si acepta, se cargará tu pago y te pondremos en contacto con el propietario. Si no acepta, no te preocupes, no te cobraremos nada y nuestro equipo te ayudará a encontrar alternativas.
    Una vez aceptada tu reserva, acuerda con el propietario los detalles del día que llegas, la recogida de llaves, etc. Spotahome sólo transferirá el pago del primer mes al propietario 48 horas después de tu llegada, a menos que nos comuniques algún problema.
    Recuerda: tienes 24 horas para comprobar que todo está correcto en tu nuevo hogar
