Living here you’ll be just south of 2 of London’s most happening areas, Brixton and Clapham. You’ll be close to some of the best new restaurants and most exciting nightclubs in the world, but can rest up between nights out in a calm and peaceful neighbourhood.

It is close to Brixton and Clapham, but those areas are a both south of the center in themselves. If you are after a short commute to the center, you need to look further north.
How do I get Around?...
You won’t find any Underground stations this far south. However, there are plenty of bus stops in the area and railway stations serving the national rail.
Will I like it here?...
It’s the perfect area if you’re looking for somewhere peaceful and want enough time to actually finish a newspaper (or 2) on your train ride to work.

If you like a picnic or walk through a nice city park, you’re in luck too. There are many huge and popular green spaces around Lambeth. Clapham Common, Streatham Common, Crystal Palace Park, and many more are all nearby.
