This cozy studio apartment is for rent on Calle San Matías in Realejo. This apartment has a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a double bed and desk above the living area in a loft. The kitchen is well-equipped with a 2-burner stove as well as an extractor fan.
The University of Granada is only a 15-minute walk away, or 10 minutes by bus, while the University Hospital Virgen de las Nieves is half an hour away. You will find all of the essentials within walking distance, including a supermarket and a few restaurants and bars.
What we liked the most
- The terrace has views to the Alhambra palace, Sierra Nevada mountain range and the Cathedral!
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
- There is a table and chairs so you can sit down to enjoy a meal.
- The stairs leading up to the loft bed double as shelving for additional storage.
Things to keep in mind
- This apartment only has one smaller window, and may get dark quickly.
- The refrigerator is half-size, but would be suitable for 1-2 people.
- The washing machine is in a common laundry room. There are 3 washing machines for 3 apartments.
- Only Erasmus studentsare accepted in this property.
