This colourful studio apartment with a loft bedroom with double bed, and 1-bathroom is located on Calle San Matías in the city centre. The open-plan living room and kitchen are accented with a green sofa and green kitchen cupboards. The bathroom is modern and bright with a shower, toilet and sink.
Alhambra is only a 20-minute walk away, where you can see the Alcazaba fortifications, the Palacios Nazaríes and Palacio de Carlos V, so there is plenty to explore on your days off. Closer to the apartment you will find plenty of restaurants and shops within a 15-minute walk.
What we liked the most
- The terrace has views to the Alhambra palace, Sierra Nevada mountain range and the Cathedral!
- Tenants also have access to a gorgeous shared terrace.
- The floor is tiled and has a stylish pattern.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- The University of Granada is only a 20-minute walk away, or 10-minutes by bus.
Things to keep in mind
- The washing machine is in a common laundry room. There are 2 washing machines for 2 apartments.
- The bed is located in a loft, accessed by stairs.
- Only Erasmus studentsare accepted in this property.
