Wonderful apartment ideally located in the center of Grenoble, with a walking distance from the tramway (Ligne A & C). The flat is situated on the fourth floor, with lift. The apartment is fully refurbished with four bedrooms, one large bathroom, one separated WC, a fully fitted kitchen with brand new appliances. Two of the large open plan bedrooms have floor-to-ceiling windows which grant access to a private balcony. Other benefits include heating, wood flooring, and neutral elegant decorations. A secured parking area is available.
Room description
This nice 10m² bedroom is to rent in the city-center of Grenoble. Equipped and furnished, its nice nightspace consists of a double bed (140x190), bedside table and lamp, and some large storage spaces. This bedroom also has a clear workspace, perfect for studying and working from home. The apartment is equipped with a nice bathroom with shower and washer/dryer. The toilet is also independent. To assure the wellbeing of all the tenants, we provide all the needed household equipment (mop, broom, vacuum cleaner). The classic and soft bedrooms’ decoration enable each tenant to look at by adding their personal items. This apartment, secured with connected locks, is located in a quiet residence close to shops and restaurants. If you have a car, the residence offers multiple parking spaces for rent.
