Wonderful apartment ideally located in the center of Grenoble, with a walking distance from the tramway (Ligne A & C). The flat is situated on the fourth floor, with lift. The apartment is fully refurbished with four bedrooms, one large bathroom, one separated WC, a fully fitted kitchen with brand new appliances. Two of the large open plan bedrooms have floor-to-ceiling windows which grant access to a private balcony. Other benefits include heating, wood flooring, and neutral elegant decorations. A secured parking area is available.
Room description
This spacious 15m² bedroom is located in the city-center of Grenoble. Rented all equipped, this bedroom is made of a comfortable nightspace with a double bed (140x190), bedside table and lamp, large storage spaces, and overall a nice workspace and its essential accessories : a chair and a lamp, perfect for studying and working from home. It also includes a balcony. The bathroom of the apartment has a shower and a washer/dryer, as well as a separate toilet. To assure the wellbeing of all the tenants, we provide all the needed household equipment (mop, broom, vacuum cleaner). The bedrooms’ decoration appears to be simple and refined to let the tenants add their individual touch. The apartment, secured with connected locks, is located in a quiet residence, close to shops and restaurants. You have a car? Car parking spaces are available for rent within the residence. In coliving, your flat is an “all-rental costs inclusive” : water, electricity, gas, internet and house insurance. Do not forget, all of our rental bedrooms are eligible for APL (housing aid), depending on the CAF’s required conditions.
