Wonderful apartment ideally located in the center of Grenoble, with a walking distance from the tramway (Ligne A & C). The flat is situated on the ground floor. The apartment is fully refurbished with four bedrooms, one large bathroom, one separated WC, a fully fitted kitchen with brand new appliances. Two of the large open plan bedrooms have floor-to-ceiling windows which grant access to a private balcony. Other benefits include heating, wood flooring, and neutral elegant decorations. A secured parking area is available.
Room description
This nice 10m² bedroom is waiting for you in Grenoble. Rented fully equipped and furnished, this bedroom is provided with a comfortable double bed (140x190), bedside table and lamp, several storages including a built-in wardrobe. This bedroom also has a nice work space furnished with a desk, a chair and a lamp. The apartment, secured with connected locks, includes a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine/dryer. The toilet is separated. All the needed household equipment (mop, broom, vacuum cleaner) are situated in the entrance of your flat. We chose to let the decoration’s units simple to allow each coliver to seize their bedroom their way. This beautiful apartment is located in the heart of a quiet residence near shops and restaurants. If you have a car, the residence is provided car park spaces for rent. In coliving, your flat is an “all-rental costs inclusive” : water, electricity, gas, internet and house insurance. Do not forget, all of our rental bedrooms are eligible for APL (housing aid), depending on the CAF’s required conditions.
