Wonderful apartment ideally located in the center of Grenoble, with a walking distance from the tramway (Ligne A & C). The flat is situated on the ground floor. The apartment is fully refurbished with four bedrooms, one large bathroom, one separated WC, a fully fitted kitchen with brand new appliances. Two of the large open plan bedrooms have floor-to-ceiling windows which grant access to a private balcony. Other benefits include heating, wood flooring, and neutral elegant decorations. A secured parking area is available.
Room description
This nice and spacious 15m² bedroom is rented fully equipped and furnished. It features a comfortable night space provided with a double bed (140x190), bedside table and lamp, and also several storages and a wardrobe. This bedroom also has a nice work space furnished with a desk, a chair and a lamp that will allow you to work the best way possible. The apartment is equipped with a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine/dryer. The toilet is separated to allow the colivers to keep their privacy. We provide all the needed household equipment (mop, broom, vacuum cleaner), in the entrance of your flat. The classic and sophisticated decoration of the flat has been chosen to allow each coliver to feel at home, by adding its own touch. The room, which has a balcony, is ideally located in a beautiful apartment secured with connected locks in the heart of a quiet residence, close to shops and restaurants. You have a car? Car park spaces are available for rent inside the residence. In coliving, your flat is an “all-rental costs inclusive” : water, electricity, gas, internet and house insurance. Do not forget, all of our rental bedrooms are eligible for APL (housing aid), depending on the CAF’s required conditions.
