This 42  m² 1-bedroom apartment in the Part-Dieu district of Lyon is ready to be your home. Furnished and fully equipped, it has an open-concept that combines the living room, dining room and kitchen into a single, functional space. There is a sofa, a TV, a dining table with 4 chairs, and the kitchen comes with all the appliances and utensils you'll need. And the best part is the beautiful balcony that extends across the full length of the apartment and connects this living area to the bedroom, which includes a huge built-in wardrobe and a comfortable double bed.

The location of this apartment in Part-Dieu is ideal if you need to be centrally located and have easy access to the city and metropolitan area. Although considered the central business district of Lyon, the 3rd arrondissement, you're actually in the quiet, residential part of the district. There's a gym you can join just down the street, a bike-sharing station less than a minute away, and one of the largest shopping centers in Europe is less than 10 minutes away on foot.

What we liked the most

  • The very long balcony is impressive and definitely one of the best features of the apartment.
  • You really can't top the location. It's in a quiet residential area, and yet still in the middle of all the action.
  • The kitchen is compact, but it's fully equipped. It even has a half-size dishwasher!
  • With a bike-sharing station so close to your front door, there's no excuse to not take advantage.
