Au 4ème étage avec ascenseur dans immeuble très récent et contemporain de bon standing. Cette location meublée comporte une entrée avec placard, un séjour avec un canapé lit de 140 cm, une cuisine américaine avec table et 4 chaises hautes, une chambre indépendante avec un lit double de 180 cm avec dressing-miroir, une salle de bain avec baignoire et WC.

This classy 1-bedroom apartment is beautifully decorated and elegant in style. The 32 m² space features a living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom. The bedroom includes a comfortable double bed and there is a large wardrobe in the apartment for storing clothes and other items!

Located in the neighbourhood of Montchat & La Villette, the apartment is close to everything you could need. There is a supermarket next door and a delicious pizza restaurant called Le Pompei just around the corner. There is plenty of shopping nearby and public transit connections are just a quick walk away.
