This 70 m², 1-bedroom apartment available to rent is located in the central district of Guillotiere. There is a large open-plan kitchen and living room with a sitting area, dining area, and breakfast bar. The kitchen also opens up onto a small balcony that keeps the room bright and fresh. The living room has a sofa bed, which opens up into a double bed, great for guests.
Guillotiere is a diverse district near the Rhône River. On Grande Rue de la Guillotière, you are very well-connected by public transportation but also have lots of shops and restaurants minutes from your door.
