This 30 sqm studio apartment is located on Rue Bellecombe, in the neighbourhood of La Villette, very close to Part-Dieu, Lyon's central train station, providing easy access to local, intercity and high speed trains. This well-connected area is also served by buses and several tram lines to other parts of the city. The flat for rent is modern and very stylish, equipped with brand new accessories and tastefully decorated. It features one full bathroom with a bathtub and a main living space equipped with a double bed, a full kitchen and a sitting area with a television. This fully furnished apartment is suitable for couples or single occupants, and would be perfect for students, as you can walk to the purple tram line in only two minutes, enabling direct travel to the La Doua campus.
What we liked the most
- This brand new home is immaculately presented and very stylish.
- There is a window overlooking a beautiful courtyard that lets in good natural light.
- The spacious desk provides a comfortable space to study or work.
- The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, including a stove, microwave and an oven.
- The bathroom is spacious and modern, complete with a bathtub and a luxurious rain shower.
- There is a flat screen television that can be watched from the double bed or a double sofa.
- Rent includes all utilities and bed linen.
- The apartment is located close to public transport, making it easy to explore the city of Lyon and beyond!
