A beautiful studio apartment is for rent on Rue Villon in the Montchat and La Villette neighborhood of Lyon, 10 minutes walking from the Jean Moulin University Lyon 3. A luminous and brightly decorated space, the studio offers 30 m2 in total area and tenants have private access to a small ground floor terrace. The apartment is renovated and features white walls sprinkled with burst of color, while amenities provided include wif-fi, washer with dryer functions, and a flat-screen TV. The surrounding district is very well-connected and is known to be one of the most hip areas of the city. You will find shops and restaurants within walking distance, and there is a metro station 5 minutes away by foot.
What we liked the most
- The main room features white furniture that

- The sofa turns into a double bed, allowing tenants to host guests with ease.
- The kitchen is spacious and provides all necessary amenities to cook a nice meal.
- The washing machine has dryer functions.
- This studio would be ideal for those studying at the Jean Moulin University Lyon 3, as the campus is located 10 minutes away.
- As there is a metro a mere 5 minutes away, you will be able to get around the city with ease.
