Neighborhood information

Prosperidad (Avenida de América): Known as La Prospe among locals, this area is in the southeastern part of the Chamartín district and closely located to the Intercambiador de Avenida de América. The interexchange station is home to the largest Metro stop in the system (with service on four lines) as well as bus service to eastern suburbs (including Alcalá de Henares) and ALSA bus services to cities like Barcelona. Other points of interest in Prosperidad are the Auditorio Nacional de Música and Calle López de Hoyos, one of the city’s longest roads which also serves as an important commercial street.

What we liked the most

  • The balcony is spacious and really bright, and will make a lovely place to eat breakfast on a sunny summer morning.
  • There are supermarkets and lots of other useful shopping nearby.
  • The nearby metro station can bring you quickly to anywhere in the city, ideal for commuters.
  • The sofa turns into a double bed.
  • The shower has a hydromassage panel.
