This modern, minimalist 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent on Pasaje San Martín de Valdeiglesias in Prosperidad. With clean, white decor, and it's minimal furnishing, the property has a very cool, airy feel, which will be ideal in Madrid's hot summers. The bedroom has a balcony large enough for a table and 2 chairs.
The area is to the east of the city centre, close to the upper-class Salamanca neighbourhood. For commuters the location is ideal, close to 2 of the city's major thoroughfares, and to the largest metro station in Madrid. Nearby you can find a lot of useful shopping and other amenities, including large Carrefour and Aldi supermarkets.
What we liked the most
- Everything in the apartment is brand-new.
- The balcony is spacious and really bright, and will make a lovely place to eat breakfast on a sunny summer morning.
- There are supermarkets and lots of other useful shopping nearby.
- The nearby metro station can bring you quickly to anywhere in the city, ideal for commuters.
- The sofa turns into a double bed.
- The shower has a hydromassage panel.
