Located in the northeastern part of the city, this 1-bedroom apartment offers a well-furnished home for its tenants. The flat is immaculate: everything is new, including the mattress that comes in its original packaging! As you enter the property, you'll find the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher and oven, and next to it a bathroom with a shower with massage functions. The main room is extremely luminous and is divided into two, with the living room area to the left and the sleeping area to the right. All in all, this apartment for rent is an ideal choice for anyone looking for a relaxing, clean, and peaceful home for their stay in madrid. The neighborhood, Prosperidad, is a residential area that is well-connected to the center. With this apartment as a base, tenants will be able to enjoy good access to the lively parts of the city while having a quiet home to come back to.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is completely renovated and features freshly painted white walls and clean, new amenities.

- Prosperidad is ripe with public transportation lines that lead directly to the city center. You'll be able to get to the city center with ease.
