Located on Calle Daganzo, this spotless 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is conveniently located near various metro stations. The flat features air conditioning, along with modern furniture throughout. Everything in the apartment is absolutely brand new- the mattress is still in its original packaging and the cabinets are scratch-less! You will be able to enjoy a cosy double bed with storage underneath along with a private bathroom with a bathtub and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment also has an excellent living area where you can relax with your friends. As you will have easy access to the city centre, this is an ideal opportunity for anyone wishing to live in style!

- The apartment is completely renovated and has sleek, modern furniture.
- All the furniture and fittings are completely new- the cabinets even come with instruction manuals.
- The whole property is very luminous as it has big windows that let in a lot of light.
- There is an exterior facing balcony that looks out to the quaint neighboring areas.
- You will be situated near the largest metro stop in Madrid, so those who need to commute to work or school will benefit from having this apartment as their base.
- The apartment has fiber optic wi-fi installed.
- The bathroom has a massage-shower function!
- The apartment has AC, which will come in handy during the hot summer months of Madrid.
