A unique 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent on Calle Minas in vibrant Malasaña. The 40 m² pad is in a historical building and has been carefully renovated to maintain some of the original features. There's a really modern kitchen and bathroom, a cosy living room, and a double bedroom. Laundry facilities are in a communal area in the building.
Located in the coveted Malasaña neighbourhood, you are right in the heart of the action. You can easily reach much of the city centre on foot, including Gran Vía, Chueca and the Sol area. Transport options are great too. What better place to experience Madrid?

- Check out the tiling on the kitchen and bathroom floors!
- We also love the bathroom wallpaper.
- The decor is really stylish; a mix of the old and new.
- You can easily reach Madrid's most popular areas on foot.
