The property has a spacious living room, where you will find a small sofa, a trendy, transparent dining table and chairs, and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen has all the essentials, including a 2-burner electric stove and a microwave. The bathroom is also contemporary, and it has a large shower with spa jets and plenty of storage space under the sink.

In Prosperidad, you'll enjoy an authentic but central life in Madrid. The property is just a 5-minute walk from the Intercambiador de Avenida de América, where you can catch the Metro or an interurban bus to points across Spain. The area also has lots of restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarkets, and shops for you to enjoy.
