Tempting 2-bedroom apartment with 1-bathroom and a spacious living room with dining area and kitchen. Its 64 m2 have a perfect distribution with spacious and bright rooms thanks to its 5 windows. Both bedrooms have a window with a view to a garden, a large bed (160x200 cm), a bedside table, a big wardrobe with a chest of drawers, section for hanging clothes and for storing suitcases and a 105x50 cm work desk. The bathroom is modern and cozy, with a walk-in shower and a small window to an out-door deck. The living room has a comfortable two-seat sofa, a 120 cm (43") HD smart TV, a 118x74 cm dining table with 4 chairs and a window to an out-door deck. The kitchen is fully equipped; it has a 20 Lt capacity microwave, 60 Lt capacity oven, induction hob, cooker hood, 45 cm width dishwasher, 8 Kg capacity washing machine with dryer, 188 cm height fridge with freezer, iron, crockery, cutlery, mugs, bowls, glasses etc. .... and a small window to an out-door deck.

The apartment is in Paseo de la Castellana, Chamartin district (Castilla ward). It is well served by public transport; 3-minute walk to "Begoña" subway station (line 10) and bus lines 3, 5 & 149, and literally in front of the building entrance there is BiciMAD point - an electric bike rental service to get around in a fun, simple and sustainable manner, while getting a little exercise on the way! There is a 3-minute walk to IE Business School, to Madrid's Skyline and to the University Hospital of La Paz. A mixture of a calm neighborhood, the excitement of the Skyline and several green areas to exercise, makes it an attractive location.
