What we liked the most

  • The apartment has been recently renovated and has a really good feel. You will love coming home at the end of the day!
  • The living area is truly gorgeous, with 2 balconies overlooking the tree-lined street.
  • IE Business School is within walking distance from the flat, making the rooms for rent ideal for students of this prestigious institution.
  • This common room is furnished with a dining table, a sitting area and a TV.
  • All rooms come with a desk, and Bedroom 1 has a foldable desk which can be put away when not in use to free up space.
  • Bedroom 4 and Bedroom 5 has access to a small balcony.
  • The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a gas stove and a microwave. Cooking utensils, pots, pans and dining accessories are also provided.

Things to keep in mind

  • Bedrooms 1 and 2 are interior and very quiet.
  • Bedrooms 3, 4 and 5 overlook the street, but have good quality windows which isolate most of the noise.
  • There is only 1 bathroom to be shared by all rooms.
