- This common room is furnished with a dining table, a sitting area and a TV.
- All rooms come with a desk, and Bedroom 1 has a foldable desk which can be put away when not in use to free up space.

- The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a gas stove and a microwave. Cooking utensils, pots, pans and dining accessories are also provided.
Things to keep in mind
- Bedrooms 1 and 2 are interior and very quiet.
- Bedrooms 3, 4 overlook the street, but have good quality windows which isolate most of the noise.
- There is only 1 bathroom to be shared by all rooms.
