La habitación es luminosa y está perfectamente equipada, con los siguientes complementos: 1 cama de 1.05 m con almohada, juego de sábanas y edredón, mesitas de noche con lámpara, armario, escritorio con silla, calefacción por gas natural. Todas las habitaciones incluyen conexión wifi por fibra de alta velocidad.
En cuanto a las zonas comunes, la vivienda cuenta con una cocina completamente amueblada y equipada con todos los electrodomésticos (frigorífico, cocina a gas natural, lavadora, caldera, microondas, etc) el menaje necesario para instalarte sin preocupaciones (cacerolas, sartenes, cubertería y cristalería). Asimismo, la propiedad cuenta con dos baños completos con plato de ducha
