This studio flat is really well equipped and modern, with nice features and furnishings, and is available for rent in the Almagro area. The kitchen is well equipped for a studio, with an electric stove and microwave, cupboard space, and even a dishwasher. There is a double bed and a huge flat-screen TV, as well as a desk and a small sofa. The bathroom is very modern and has a spacious shower.

The area is very cosmopolitan, and you will find plenty of shopping, bars, cafes, and restaurants nearby. The very popular and pleasant Plaza de Olavide is a few minute's walk away, which is the perfect place to spend an evening at a terraza with some friends.

What we liked the most

  • The studio is really modern and nicely furnished.
  • You will have both AC and a dishwasher.
  • There are plenty of shops, grocery stores, cafes and restaurants nearby.
  • You will be living just a few minutes from the lovely Plaza de Olavide.

Things to keep in mind

The washing machine and dryers and the cleaning supplies, buckets, mops, irons, ironing boards, vacuum cleaners, etc. are in a separate common room and are free for the tenants to use so that they never have dirty things at home.

The studios have everything. Linens, towels, eating and cooking utensils and even a Nespresso coffee machine etc.
