This first floor 1-bedroom apartment to rent on Via Piero Capponi is the perfect place to live while discovering the gorgeous city of Milan. The apartment isn’t huge, but it is super comfortable. The bedroom has a fair-sized window, so you get natural light and there is a big wardrobe to store your clothes. The modern bathroom has a shower stall, although this is the only room without a window. The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area is furnished with a dining table and sofa bed, as well as other small pieces and artwork. The kitchen, which is equipped, can be concealed, which is convenient it you’re entertaining.
Pagano is a wonderful little neighborhood and a quiet one as well. There are parts that are more lively, but your apartment is right across the street from the serene Guido Vergani Park. You’ll find plenty of ice-cream shops and cafés within walking distance, and there is a diverse range of restaurants serving up everything from vegetarian to Milanese cuisine. Just 5 minutes away are lots of little shops, and for a night on the town you can visit the National Theater CheBanca! or the Multisala Gloria cinema, which is just a 6-minute walk.
