Bright and comfortable one-bedroom apartment of about 60sqm, located on the 1st floor, with internal facing, of a building with concierge service and elevator. Located between Porta Venezia, Lima and Corso Buenos Aires: one of the most characteristic and interesting areas of Milan.Just renovated in modern and minimal style, composed of large living area with double sofa bed, fully equipped and eat-in kitchen, ante-bathroom, double bedroom with double bed and desk corner and one bathroom with shower. It is a few minutes walk from the subway MM1 red line (Lima stop) that takes you to Piazza San Babila and Via Monte Napoleone in a few stops and MM3 yellow line (Repubblica stop) to reach the Duomo and the Central Station very quickly. If you love walking you can walk to the Duomo in 30 minutes or by bike, you will find the sharing BikeMi 5 minutes from home. The area is provided with all services: restaurants, bars, stores, cinema, dry cleaners, pharmacy.
