This spacious 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent on Place General Leclerc in upscale La Garenne-Colombes. This sunny pad has a large, beautifully decorated living room with a comfy sofa, fireplace, and office space. There's also an open-plan kitchen corner, complete with all mods-cons.
There is a bright, large bedroom with a double bed, heater, decorative fireplace, and ample storage. There is also a shared decking/garden area outside where you can chill and enjoy a glass of French wine in the evening!
You will be living in the peaceful, leafy and posh area of La Garenne-Colombes, in the north of the city that retains a small French town atmosphere. With two train stations within a 16-minute walk, getting into central Paris is a breeze.
What we liked the most
- It's a stylish, bright and spacious apartment.
- There are two TV sets complete with Cable TV - no fighting over the remote!
- The fantastic decking/garden area is a perfect chill-out spot. It's also a great place to get to know your neighbours!
- It's quiet, but there are still shops, cafes and restaurants just a short walk from your door.
