Studio apartment of about 20sqm with private kitchenette and bathroom, located in the heart of the university campus of Parma furnished in a functional and modern way; equipped with central air conditioning system (hot/cold), LED TV, WiFi internet connection, there is also a landline phone with unlimited national calls to landlines and mobiles and direct contact with the reception.
The facility, thanks to its location and modern and welcoming design, manages to meet both the needs of students for medium-long stays who want a quiet and hospitable environment easily accessible from the highway by car or within walking distance of the main BUS lines to and from the center of Parma.
The monthly rent is inclusive of: utilities, gym, Study room, Relax room, large green area, always available copy shop and internet point. In addition to H24 On-Call service, a guarantee of Our Campus Security, we include all routine maintenance that is carried out by our Staff free of charge.
