This is a 3rd floor studio apartment on Rue du Peuplier in Brussels. You have a loft-level sleeping area, uniquely shaped kitchen, and sunny living area.
It’s is an ideal apartment for young hipsters. Trendy cafés and restaurants are everywhere. Cool bars and nightclubs are easy to find. The city is at your fingertips.

Caso no último mês do arrendamento a saída seja na última quinzena irá pagar o valor total da renda mensal. - The washing machine works with coins.
- Salary or guarantor has to be 3 times the price of the flat + utility bills + flat fee
- Check-in/out:
- Check-out dates: your booking must end on the 14th, 15th, 30th or 31st of the month
- Check-in & out will take place between 10 AM and 4 PM
- December checkouts: not allowed
- Additional fees:
- In addition to the rental deposit, this account requires a deposit equal to 2 months of the utility package and two months of a flat fee. This amount will be returned at the end of your tenancy, with any usage that exceeds the utility package allowance deducted.
- Remember: at check-in, you will also need to pay your first month's utilities package
- Legal entry and exit state fee: €75 at check-in and check-out (€150 during holidays and Sundays)

Para assegurar uma maior segurança no processo, apenas iremos transferir o primeiro mês de renda ao proprietário após as primeiras 48 horas depois da mudança, a menos que nos contacte com algum problema.
