This beautiful and modern 1-bedroom apartment for rent in Avoti could be your next home in Riga! Spacious and comfortable, it’s hard to come by apartments like this. The living room is huge and has a sofa, armchair, dining area, and TV. We love the rooms two windows. There is also a murphy bed here, which is good for guests or for two other tenants. The main bedroom has a lovely standalone wardrobe, double bed, and a large window, which brings in natural light. The bathroom has everything you would need, including a tub/shower, and sink. The toilet is in a separate room. The kitchen is absolutely stunning. Fully equipped with appliances such as a washing machine, oven, stovetop, and toaster, you’ll love preparing meals here for your friends on the weekend.
The apartment is in a quaint part of town near the train station. Here, there are plenty of green spaces including Ziedoņdārzs park. In just under 30 minutes, you can make your way to the heart of the city on foot. Around the apartment, there are supermarkets such as Rimi.
