The 55 m² apartment has a large bedroom with a large standalone wardrobe, and a spacious open-plan kitchen and living room. The living room has a couch, dining table, and flat-screen TV. In the kitchen corner, you have everything you need to cook up a delicious meal.
Avoti is a residential district east of downtown Riga. Once the neighborhood of factory workers, the area is slowly being renovated and remodeled. This means you can still find affordable prices, a community atmosphere, and historical buildings. On Lāčplēša iela, you have bus stops nearby, as well as lots of locals shops, restaurants, and other amenities.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has spacious rooms and receives lots of natural light.
- We like the old furnace in the bedroom.
- Arturs, our Homechecker, loved some of the unique decor.
