The apartment is located on the 1st floor and consists of a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a utility room. Upon entering the house you are greeted by a small hallway, to the left is the living room, and in the hallway is the utility room where the washing machine is located. At the end of the hallway is the bathroom and to the right of the bathroom is the kitchen and to the left of the bathroom is the bedroom.

From the main entrance, there are stairs, 12 steps to access the apartment.

The space

Sitting Room: The living room is furnished with a sofa bed, an armchair and a dining table for four people. Bookcases, lamps, mirrors and pictures complete the living room furniture. Kitchen: The kitchen is complete with a refridgerator, stove, oven, electric kettle, toaster, cutlery and dishes for six people and a small table with 3 chairs. Bedrooms: The bedroom has a double bed(160 cm x 190 cm), two bedside tables, a wardrobe and a desk with a chair. Bathrooms: The bathroom has sanitary ware and a walk-in shower. There is no bidet but only a hand shower.
