This 3rd floor 2-bedroom apartment to rent on Via Fiume Giallo opens directly into the combined living and dining room. The space is sunny and furnished with a round 4-seat table, a desk with a chair, and 2 sofas in front of a flat screen TV. The wonderful thing about the room is the large windows and access to a fairly spacious balcony. There is an extra dining area just outside of the kitchen. The kitchen itself is fully equipped and even comes with a dishwasher. A washing machine is located in a small laundry and storage room. The main bathroom have a shower, but the en-suite bathroom has a tub. Both bedrooms are comfortable and bright, and they have wood floors and ample storage for clothes too.
Torrino is a quiet residential neighborhood. Your apartment is located just 10 minutes away from Matteo di Fazio Park, where you can jog, take a stroll or play a game of frisbee when the weather is nice. Although it’s the closest park, it’s not the largest in the area, and it isn’t the only one, either. When you’re looking for a bit more excitement and culture, the Torrino Theater is only 2 minutes away. There is also a nearby shopping mall, and the Palatorrino Health Club is only a few minutes from your door. A minute down the street you’ll find two grocery stores, so you can have your pick when you decide to whip up an authentic home cooked Italian meal.

What we liked the most
- The apartment is very spacious and has a lovely balcony to relax on.
- There are large and small parks practically everywhere you turn.
- Aside from the nearby health club, there is a Virgin Active Gym located 10 minutes away.
- A bus ride will get you to the Stardust Village cinema in 12 minutes.
