The property is located in one of the most beautiful and commercial streets of the city and includes a private parking space in the condominium garage (not included in the price). It is composed of a large living room with an entrance hall, built-in wardrobe and access to the large balcony. The night area is furnished with a corridor with a small storage room and gives access to an equipped kitchen, a small single bedroom, a double bedroom with wardrobe and fitted wardrobe, 2 bathrooms with washing machine.
