Accogliente mansarda in affitto con contratto transitorio, ideale per soggiorni di qualche mese a Roma. L’appartamento si trova al quinto piano di un elegante palazzo con ascensore che arriva fino al quarto piano: per raggiungerlo è necessario fare mezza rampa di scale a piedi (come da foto).

Completamente ammobiliato e ristrutturato di recente (fine 2024), dispone di aria condizionata in tutte le stanze, una cucina completamente attrezzata con lavastoviglie, e lavatrice. Lo spazio è stato ottimizzato per offrire comfort e funzionalità anche per soggiorni prolungati.

Essendo un sottotetto, alcune altezze sono limitate: consigliamo, con un sorriso, questo appartamento a chi non è troppo alto o a chi ama gli ambienti intimi e caratteristici!

Fully furnished and recently renovated (end of 2024), it features air conditioning in every room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and a washing machine. The space is designed to offer comfort and practicality for medium-term stays.

As it’s an attic under the roof, ceiling height is limited in some areas – so we kindly suggest this charming space may be best suited for those who aren’t too tall, or those who appreciate cozy and unique places!
