L'appartamento si trova nel quartiere di Porta Portese, esattamente tra Trastevere e Testaccio. Si trova all'ultimo piano (5°) e ha un terrazzo esclusivo di 30 mq. E' completamente arredato, con lavastoviglie, lavatrice, televisore, impianto Wi-Fi, microonde, cucina attrezzata. Il riscaldamento è autonomo. Non è presente l'ascensore. E' ottimamente collegato con il centro: basta prendere la linea veloce del tram n. 8. Inoltre si trova a 200 metri dalla stazione di Trastevere per poter raggiungere alcuni punti strategici della città e soprattutto l'aeroporto di Fiumicino. Nelle vicinanze ci sono numerosi ristoranti, pizzerie e trattorie. Inoltre sono presenti numerosi supermercati.
