In Via Baccina, nel cuore di Roma, proponiamo in affitto un appartamento di 90 mq dotato di un terrazzo di 22 mq.
L’immobile si compone di due camere da letto, due bagni e un grande salone doppio. Quest’ultimo, grazie a tre ampie porte-finestre a tutta altezza, si apre direttamente sul terrazzo a livello, creando un ambiente arioso e ricco di luce naturale.
Il terrazzo rappresenta uno spazio di grande pregio: da qui si ammira una vista suggestiva sul Foro Romano e sulle colonne del Teatro Romano, uno scenario unico che impreziosisce l’abitazione.
