It is located on the first floor of an elegant historic building equipped with an elevator and a doorman. Upon entering, you'll find a bright and welcoming living room with an open-plan kitchen.
Furnished in a modern style, it's the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing or travel. Enjoy a book from the small library (some left by previous guests), stream your favorite shows on the smart TV with your own Netflix account, or let children play with a few toys thoughtfully provided!
The fully equipped kitchen includes high-quality appliances (dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee machine, etc.) and all essentials to cook comfortably, just like at home.
The apartment offers two bedrooms: - A smaller room with a French-size bed (larger than a single) and a private en-suite bathroom with a window. - A larger master bedroom with a double bed. Both rooms include wardrobes for convenient storage.
There are two bathrooms in total: one inside the smaller bedroom and a second one (without a window) accessible from the hallway. A small utility room houses a washing machine and cleaning supplies for quick touch-ups during your stay.
For your comfort, the apartment comes with quality bed linen, a soft towel set for each guest, air conditioning in every room, and independent heating, ensuring a cozy stay in every season.
High-speed fiber Wi-Fi is available throughout and is included in the rent.

Prenotazioni >30 giorni: - In caso di cedolare secca il costo è pari a 0€. - Senza cedolare secca: 1% del canone annuo + 16€ marca da bollo - In caso di presenza di un garante, è previsto un costo pari allo 0,50% dell'importo garantito, con un minimo di € 200,00. Questo costo si applica sempre, indipendentemente dalla scelta dell'opzione cedolare e sarà suddiviso tra locatore e conduttore

Here you pay per Half Month booked. If you move in during the second fortnight of the month, you will only be charged for the second half. If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month. Please bear in mind we calculate the first half from the 1st to the 15th of the month, and the second half from the 16th until the last day of the month.
Please be advised that this property is professionally managed. Rent payments are to be issued directly to the landlord; however, all secondary charges—including utilities and the security deposit—must be paid to the company.
