Spotahome's opinion
This spacious 2-bedroom apartment for rent on Via dei Gonzaga is on the ground floor. One of the defining features of the property is the lovely furnished terrace. You can access it from the open-plan kitchen, living, and dining room, as well as from the double bedroom, which has an ensuite bathroom. The living and dining areas are furnished. Bedroom two has twin beds and a glass door to the outside. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a washing machine on the terrace.
La Pisana neighborhood is west of the city center. It has a small community vibe, but it’s still within the greater Rome area. Within a 15-minute walk, you’ll find shops, cafés, restaurants, and grocery stores. The European University of Rome is a 20-minute bus ride away. The Tenuta dei Massimi Natural reserve is a 15-minute drive. You’ll really get to live like a local in this spot.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has a relaxing terrace.
- There is a washing machine on the terrace.
- The kitchen is fully equipped.
- You’re close to parks, restaurants, and an ice cream shop!
Things to keep in mind
- There is only one bathroom in the apartment and it's ensuite to one of the bedrooms, which is less than ideal.
