This is a classic 3rd floor, 1-bedroom apartment on Via Della Balduina, Rome. It boasts a charming living room and a sunny bedroom, both which offer access to the spacious balcony.
This property is ideal for a carefree couple with a taste for the outdoors. You'll never get bored of walks through the Pineto Regional Park, or tasting your way through the cute little cafés and restaurants here.
