The flat consists of a spacious room with a comfortable single sofa bed and smart TV, an equipped kitchen area, a spacious bedroom with a furnished double bed and a bathroom. It also has a livable balcony and a reserved uncovered parking space inside the building.
The double bedroom is equipped with bedside tables, wardrobe with digital safe, and smart TV.
The kitchen area is equipped with an induction cooker, nespresso coffee machine, crockery and cookware, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, table and chairs.
The elegantly furnished bathroom is equipped with a large glass shower cubicle and hairdryer.
The flat is equipped with a washing machine, clothes rack, iron and ironing board, underfloor heating and air conditioning with directional control system, wi-fi connection.
