4 Rooms are available to rent for students in a charming house with a garden located in the neighbourhood of Bravetta. This property boasts an exceptionally spacious living and dining room which will be shared with the live-in landlord. The kitchen is fully furnished with all modern appliances necessary for convenient cooking.
PLEASE NOTICE: pictures for room 2 are actually from room 3 because it's under renovation, but they're very similar.
Bravetta is a tranquil, residential area located to the south-west of Rome's city centre. There are several cafés and convenience stores in the area surrounding the house. The neighbourhood is mainly served by an efficient bus service which provides access to the centre of Rome.
