Appartamento è in un edificio signorile ed è stato ristrutturato da soli sei mesi. Cucina e bagno sono nuovi. Le stanze sono molto grandi e luminose e arredate di tutto quanto necessario. L'appartamento è in una posizione centralissima nel quartiere. Ci sono tutti i servizi a pochi passi dai supermercati, palestre, ristoranti, negozi di ogni tipo. Il quartiere è molto sicuro perchè sempre frequentato di giorno e di notte. Il parco della Caffarella è a cinque minuti a piedi e la stazione degli autobus e della metropolitana è raggiungibile a piedi in tre minuti.
